When your cargo is ready for shipping, please, make the official pre-alert to SK-EXPO before the departure of cargo.

Pre-alert allows final checking of all shipping documents.

Pre-alert is obligatory, as it is a final chance to correct mistakes and add some missing information.

Pre-alert for road-freight must include:

Show document list

CMR (international road-freight waybill) filled-in strictly in accordance with SK-EXPO instructions;

Carnet TIR;

Proforma-invoice signed & stamped;

Pre-alert for air-freight must include:

AWB (international air-freight waybill) filled-in strictly in accordance with SK-EXPO instructions;

Proforma-invoice signed & stamped;

Bill of lading (international sea-freight waybill) filled-in strictly in accordance with SK-EXPO instructions;

Proforma-invoice signed & stamped;

!NB! While shipping by sea all the originals (bills of lading, proforma-invoices, certificates of origin, safety certificates and other) must be delivered directly to the agent in the Ukrainian port of arrival. Port processing of cargo without originals is impossible.
